05 08:29:39/10/2024Un hotel 10, emplazado en la mejor ubicación de Salamanca (La plaza Mayor, pero el factor humano siempre para nosotros ha sido esencial destacando la amabilidad, atención y simpatía de Blanca, de Paloma y de Angela, que nos hicieron la estancia aún si cabe más confortable.

She takes great pride in her city. She provided us a map and tour to capture the essence of this beautiful city. She even provided us dining recommendations. All of Bianca's recommendations were spot on. Your rooms, location, and views were amazing but Bianca definitely is what put our visit over the top. Thank you!

12 22:20:30/05/2024A lovely hotel in a nice central location. The beds are comfortable, clean and accommodating. Close to everything a visitor would want on the Plaza Mayor and the Market. At the time of our visit in May the air conditioning had not yet been activated. It was exceedingly hot in the rooms. It was difficult to sleep despite their providing a small fan. It is MUCH LOUDER than expected. The windows do not adequately provide noise reduction. We expected lively, but not the noise until 4 am.

19 23:49:13/07/2023Everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. It felt like it was a personable experience, like we mattered instead of being just a number. They were generous and the rooms were perfect. I also loved the ease of the keypad for entry. Definitely a perfect experience!
